Terms and Conditions of Sale

2.2 Application

These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) apply to every purchase made on the Site, integralhealth.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Shipping Policy, and the Returns and Refunds Policy, which form an integral part of the Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits the rights granted to you under Quebec’s Consumer Protection Act or any other applicable law of public order. If a provision of these Terms conflicts with those laws, the law prevails.

The Terms are written in French. An English version is provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

2.3 Eligibility

To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and have a shipping address in Canada, excluding Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut.

2.4 Our Products

ONE products are natural health products licensed by Health Canada; their Natural Product Number (NPN) appears on the label. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Read and follow the directions, warnings and contraindications on the label. Consult a healthcare professional before using our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking medication, or have a health condition.

We strive to describe and present our products accurately. Photos are for illustrative purposes; in the event of a discrepancy, the product label prevails.

2.5 Prices and Taxes

Prices are listed in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes (GST, QST or HST), which are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order. The total price, including taxes and fees, is shown before you confirm your order.

We may change our prices at any time, but the applicable price is the one displayed when you place your order. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, we will never charge more than the advertised price.

2.6 Order and Confirmation

Your order is concluded when you confirm it at checkout. You will then receive an email confirmation containing your order details (products, quantities, prices, taxes, fees, shipping address and subscription terms, if applicable); this email is your copy of the contract. Keep it for your records.

We may cancel an order if a product is no longer available or if we suspect fraud. In that case, we will notify you and issue a full refund at no charge.

2.7 Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards, PayPal, as well as Apple Pay / Google Pay / Shop Pay / Klarna / Affirm / Afterpay / Sezzle. Your payment method is charged when you place your order.

2.8 Subscriptions

Some products, including ONE Sleep, may be purchased by subscription. By subscribing, you authorize IHS to automatically charge your payment method according to the terms displayed when you subscribe:

• Product and quantity: e.g., ONE Sleep — one jar of 30 servings per shipment;
• Frequency: e.g., one shipment every 30 days / one shipment every 3 months;
• Price: price per shipment, plus taxes;
• Term: the subscription renews automatically until you cancel it.

Reminder: we will email you a reminder at least 7 days before each renewal.

Cancellation, pause or changes: you may cancel, pause or change your subscription at any time, without fees or penalties, through your customer account or by emailing support@integralhealth.science. For the change to apply to the next shipment, your request must be made at least 48 hours (depending on the subscription app) before the renewal date.

Guarantee: every subscription shipment is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee (see the Returns and Refunds Policy).

Price changes: if your subscription price changes, we will notify you by email at least 30 days before the affected renewal. You may then cancel without charge.

2.9 Delivery

Shipping is free for all orders shipped within Canada, excluding the territories. Shipping terms and delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

If your order is not delivered within 30 days after the expected delivery date (or, if no date was specified, within 30 days after the contract was concluded), you may cancel the contract as provided under the Consumer Protection Act. In that case, we will refund all amounts paid within 15 days after cancellation.

2.10 Returns and Refunds

All our products are covered by a 30-day money-back guarantee, even if they have been opened. The terms are described in our Returns and Refunds Policy. This guarantee is in addition to the statutory warranties under the Consumer Protection Act, which continue to apply.

2.11 Liability

To the extent permitted by law, IHS is not liable for damages resulting from use of its products contrary to the directions or warnings on the label. This clause does not limit in any way the rights granted to you under the Consumer Protection Act, or IHS’s liability where the law does not permit it to be excluded.

2.12 Customer Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and ensuring that the information in your account is accurate. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2.13 Intellectual Property

The ONE brand, the designation “ONE BY INTEGRAL HEALTH SCIENCE,” logos, text, images and other Site content belong to IHS or its licensors. They may not be reproduced without written permission.

2.14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Nothing in these Terms deprives you of the right to bring a claim before the courts in your place of residence or to exercise remedies under the Consumer Protection Act.

2.15 Changes

We may amend these Terms. The version applicable to your order is the version in effect when you placed it.
